JAS provides overhaul and repair services for a wide variety of engine components. Search our database for a comprehensive review of the components we currently repair and/or overhaul.

JAS maintains the following in-house capabilities within its 18,000 sq ft facility and is able to provide partial repair work scopes to meet you needs.

	Plasma spray and Thermal Barrier coating applications applied with our state-of-the-art plasma system which is capable of producing high energy coatings requiring up to 80Kw. There is also an onsite metallurgical laboratory.
	Painting applications performed in our environmentally friendly spray booth include PWA 110 Inorganic Aluminum Coatings, Aluminized Epoxy Enamels, and several other coating specifications.
	Precision machining and grinding to the manufacturer's and/or customer's specifications.
	Various welding and brazing techniques performed by extensively trained and certified welders.
	Heat treating applications performed in either air or a protective atmosphere.
	Stripping, Cleaning and finishing applications to include grit and plastic blasting, vibro-finishing and several chemical baths.
	Non-destructive testing performed by trained and certified technicians including fluorescent penetrant, fluorescent magnetic particle and ultrasonic inspections.
