Kaizen Event - October / November

After significant planning and evaluation we have started our big change event for this quarter. With the help and assistance of three FIU interns, an external consultant and the ACE team big changes are afoot. We are currently completely overhauling one of our major cells, having reviewed the current state and process flow and evaluated various setups, the pre planning is complete and the implementation is begining. Floors have been stripped machinary moved, utilities changed, processes reworked and the list goes on. Our goal is to have the reorganisation completed by the end of this month and once finished we will post some of our pictures on our site for you to see.
